A 1-bedroom runs ~625 EUR in the centre and ~455 EUR outside it; a cheap restaurant meal is ~5 EUR, basic utilities for an 85 m² flat ~70 EUR, and the regular-price monthly transport pass ~53 EUR. What is not included in these budgets?
